Dear Sir or Madam:
Ae a reeident of Stratham, New Hampehire, a town about eight milee from the Seabrook Nuclear Power Plant, I am very aware o:! the continual delays and resulting cost increases accociated with the Seabrook project. I am aleo aware of the rapidly increaeing demand for electrical power in New Hampshire and the reet of New England.
I feel that Seabrook Station hae been eafely built and chould be allowed to conduct low-power teetc and then becin full operation ac coon as poeciole. To that end I endoree the propoced NBC rule clarification that would a310w Seabrook to begin its testinc immediately, rather than have that teetinc delayed until a full public notification system ie in place.
I aleo encourage the NEC commiecionere to keep the full-power liceneing procese movine quickly co that Seabrook Station can begin ite operation ne a cafe and reliable eneray cource for New England.
Thank you for veur concideration of thic matter Sincerely,
\\
