The purpose of this modification is to extend the performance period of the contract, at no additional cost to the Government, i to incorporate the Department of Labor Wage Determinations applicable for the contract, and to specify minimum limits of insurance coverage required for compliance with FAR Clause 52.228-5. Accordingly, the parties agree to the following changes:

A. Paragraph C.1.2 "Scope of Work", subparagraph 2, is revised to delete the date "December 31, 1987" and to substitute the date "February 16, 1988" in lieu thereof.

B. Paragraph E.2 "Duration of Contract Period" is changed to read:

"This contract shall commence on July 29, 1987 and all i efforts shall be completed by February 16, 1987.

. C. Paragraph H.4 "Determination of Minimum Wages and Fringe Benefits", is revised to interporate Department of Labor Wage Determination No. 86-1253 (Rev. 1) dated July 27, 1907, and Wage Determination No. 86-1255 dated March 4, 1987. (See attachment 1 of this modification.)

D. Section H - Sagcial_Qgotract_Rggui tgmggts, is revised to add the following paragraph H.6 "H.6 Insutangg The contractor and any subcontractors shall procure and maintain the following types and minimum amounts of insurance during the period of their performance, in compliance with FAR Claut,e 52.228-5 "Insurance - Work On A Government Installation" : .
