50-328 SEQUOYAH NUCLEAR PLANT (SQN) - TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION CHANGE 88-29 In accordance with 10 CFR 50.90, wo are enclosing a requested amendment to licenses DPR-77 and DPR-79 to change the technical specifications of SQN units 1 and 2.
The proposed chango deletos a survol11ance requirement to demonstrate operability of the emergency power supply for pressurizer power-operated relief valves and associated block valves.
The proposed technical specification change is identified in enclosure 1.
The justification for the proposed technical specification change is provided in enclocuro 2.
A proposed determinallon of no significant hazards considerations performed pursuant to 10 CFR 50.92 is provided in enclocure 3.
Enclosed is a check for the $150 amendment application fee required by 10 CFR 170.12.
