Enclosed for your information only is a letter dated November 19 from U.S. Department of Energy, Chicago Operations Office, requesting an amendment to export license XSNM02814 to extend the expiration date from December 31,1998 to December 31,2000. Since new assurances from Indonesia will not be needed, we intend to issue the requested amendment in mid December after the required fifteen day waiting period.
