Dear Mr. Miraglia:

Based on discussions between District am r1RC staff, the District hereby submits for your information a comprehensive program to control its radioactive liquid effluents. This program is outlined and detailed in the January,1988 "Radiological Effluents Action Plan" (Enclosed). The intent of the Action Plan is to ensure the plant shall operate within the 10 CFR 50, Appendix I guidelines.
