10 CFR 50.59 Report of Facility Changes, Tests and Experirnents Ladies and Gentlemen:
The Toledo Edison (TE) Company hereby submits, pursuant to 10 CFR 50.59 (b)(2), the attached 10 CFR 50.59 Summary Report of Facility Changes, Tests and Experiments for the Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station, Unit No.1 (DBNPS).
The DBNPS 10 CFR 50.59 changes, tests and experiments identified via the safety evaluation process during the reporting period of June 2,1996 through May 23,1998 are included in the report. This reporting period includes operating fuel Cycle 11 and the Eleventh Refueling Outage, which concluded on May 23,1998. These safety evaluations did not involve an unreviewed safety question.
