Dear Ms Wright,
I refer to an application for an export license dated December 13, 1988 which refers to uranium oxide powccr destined for the Tokai plant of the Japan Nuclear Fuel Conversion Company (JCO) for testing and the return of equivalent material to the United States.
Our client has now indicated that there is a possibility that intermediate processing may be und' at either of the two NFI facilities t the application submitted earlier named hereunder.
