l Enclosed is an application for an export license (XSNM03088), recently received by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission,1or the export of low-enriched uranium, to Japan for use as reload fuel In Fukushima 11 Units 3-4 and Kashiwazaki Kariwa Units 1-5. Assurances from Japan are required that the material will be subject to all of the terms and conditions of an agreement for cooperation.
