l Oa January 29, 1988, TV Electric's report logged TXX-88143 notified you of a reportable deficiency involving the qualification of instrument cable 1
insulation inside containment. Our last supplemental report was logged TXX-88614, dated August 10, 1988.
This report is submitted to revise the j
corrective action implementation schedule.
TV Electric's engineering evaluation is continuing. Any required corrective acti)ns for Unit 1 will be.cheduled consistent with the associated system / area turnover dates, the latest of which is April 28, 1989.
The schedule for Unit 2 has not changed.
