NRC-33-98-180 Modification No.1 Page 2 of 2 This modification is issued to provide incremental funding in the amount of $270,000.00 which thereby increases the obligated amount of this contract from $314,938.00 to $584,938.00.
Accordingly, the following changes are hereby made:
Under Subsection B.3 - CONSIDERATION AND OBLIGATION-COST PLUS FIXED FEE (JUN 1988) ALTERNATE I (JUN 1991), BASE PERIOD (Years 1 through 3), paragraphs (c) and (d) are hereby deleted in their entirety and substituted with the following in lieu thereof:
"(c) The amount currently obligated by the Gcvernment with respect to this contract is
$584,938.00, of which the sum of $551,828.30 represents the estimated reimbursable costs, and of which $33,109.70 represents the fixed fee.
(d) It is estimated that the amount currently allotted will cover performance through April 30,1999."
All other terms and conditions of this contract, including the contract ceiling amount of
$1,694,232.00, remain unchanged.
A summary of obligations for this contract, from the award date through the date of this action is
