This letter is to confirm that Preoperational Test 2-3BB-05, has been completed.
The test results verify that the controls for the Power Operated Relief Valves (PORV's) automatic block valves will close the valves on decreasing pressure as required by TMI-2 Action Plan Item II.K.3.1.
Based on the results of this testing, Georgia Power Company considers Confinnatory Item 28 to be resolved.
