Enclosed is Revision No. 5 of the Quality Assurance Program for Radio-active Material Packages for the Babcock & Wilcox Co., Naval Nuclear Fuel Division Research Laboratory (formerly Lynchburg Research Center).
This revision incorporates changes in the organization which occurred when the management of the Lynchburg Research Center was transferred from the Research and Development Division to the Naval Nuclear Fuel Division.
Changes in the plan are denoted by vertical lines in the right hand margin, opposite the line where a change appears. The sub-stance of the plan has not changed.
However, the name of the facility, the names of positions having responsibilities under the olan, and the numbering scheme for procedures has changed.
Attached also is a check in the amount of $150.00 for this plan amend-ment.
