In my last letter dated December 15, 1987, I informed you of our intent to purchase Gamma Industries and Gulf Nuclear and asked that-their type B certificates of compliance be reissued under
,the name,of Amerhsam Corporation upon official transfer of the assets.
T ie official date of transfer has been scheduled for Ja'nuary '8,,
1988.
Commencing on that date we will be the distributors of Gamma. Industries and Gulf Nuclear type B packages.
