AFF REQUIREMENTS - SECY-98-255 - EARLY PUBLIC INPUT ON COMPREHENSIVE RULE ON GENERALLY LICENSED DEVICES This is to advise you that the Commission has not objected to the staff's proposal to post draft copies of the Federal Reaister notice and the regulatory analysis on NRC's Te:hnical Conference Forum website when the draft package is provided to the Agreement States for review. The Commission commends the staff for revising its rulemaking process to incorporate early posting of rules on the website as standard operating procedure, subject to Commission approval.
