DOCKET NOS. 50-445 AND 50-446 INSTRUMENT TUBING CLAMPS SDAR: CP-88-21 (SUPPLEMENTAL REPORT)
Gentlemen:
On January 29, 1988, TV Electric letter logged TXX-88140 notified the NRC of a deficiency involving J. C. White tube clamps.
The last report on this issue, logged TXX-88621, was submitted August 10, 1988.
The purpose of this letter is to revise the corrective action implementation schedule for this issue.
The estimated completion date for implementation of the Unit 1 corrective acticns (stated in TX.v.88140) has been revised to June 28, 1989.
The Unit 2 scheduled completion desa has not changed.
