MODIFICATION NO. 7 (REVISED) TO CONTRACT NO. NRC-04-91-047, TASK ORDER NO. 4 ENTITLED, "PUBLIC HEALTH AND SAFETY IMPACTS FROM DISCRETE SOURCES OF NARM" j
Ti,e subject task order expired on December 31,1992, and our records indicate that excess funds in the amount of $11,226.94 are available for deobligation under the task order. The purpose of this modification is to deobligate these funds for use in other immediate Agency requirements. Funds in the amount of $3,349.37, which represent fee not yet paid and still owed to your organization, will be retained under the task order pending final closeout of the contract.
This is a revision to Modif; cation No. 7 dated March 5,1998, which did not originally reflect the correct amount available for deobligation.
