Dear Ms. Taylor:
On October 26,1998 and November 12,1998 discussions were held with you and Ms. Terry Lewis regarding certain terms and condition under the subject contract. During these
- discussions, the NRC informed WMTA of a subsidy offer extended to the agency by
- Montgomery County for purchase of Metrocheks.
While the NRC has a requirements contract with WMTA for the purchase of Metrocheks, this letter confirms WMTA's consent for the NRC to participate in the subsidy program with Montgomery County. It is understood that NRC's participation in this program does not effect the estimated quantity of Metrocheks to be purchased from WMTA, as specified in the contract.
Official approval of this arrangement is hereby requested and should be indicated by signing three copies of this document in the space designated and returning two copies to the address below. You should retain one copy for your records.
