By letter dated September 17, 1987, the BWR Owners' Group submitted Topical Report No. EAS-46 0487 entitled "Revised Reactivity Control Systems Technical Specifications" to the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation for review. Under the provisions of 10 CFR 170.21.J, requests for review of topical reports and revisions or amendments to accepted reports are to be accompanied by an application fee of $150.
Subsequently, companies are to be billed at six. month intervals or when the review is completed (Section 170.12(f)) for full costs up to $20,000 for each topical report or revisinn to an accepted topical report. The September 17, 1987 request was not accompanied by the required application fee of $150. Therefore, you are requested to remit this application fee to our office.
