The work to be performed under the first option year of the contract, as set forth in the Requdst for Proposal dated February 24, 1988, shall be performed in accordance with the Contractors proposal dated March 9, 1988 and as revised April 15, 1988 which are incorporated herein by this reference.

$301,813.00 (the original contract ceiling amount covering program costs only and which.did not include telemetry-costs).
The remaining amount of $294,178.21 shall be utilized on the Northeastern Seismic Research Program costs -
Task 4,
as described under the basic contract.
(d) The amount of $40,000.00 identified in subparagraph (b) above and the amount of
$7,634.79 identified in subparagrph (c) above results in a not to be exceeded ceiling amount of $47,634.79 for seismic data transmission (telemetry) expenses for the period July 1986 j
through December 17, 1987.
(e) In summary, under the subject contract, 1294,178.21 is to be utilized for program costs, 140,059.02 is to utilized to pay for telemetry expenses for the period April 1985 through June 1986 and $47,634.79 represents a not be exceeded ceiling for telemetry expenses for the period July 1986 through December 17, 1987.

Department of State
