- The purpose of this modification is to (1) reduce the ceiling in the contract by $41,178.25 from

, $7,259,234.00 to $7,218.055.75; and (2) reduce the obligated amount in the contract by

$41,178.25 from $493,169.34 to $451,991.09. Accordingly, the contract is hereby modified:

Under Section B, Subsection B.2 entitled " CONSIDERATION AND OBLIGATION-TASK ORDERS (MAR 1989), delete the first sentence in paragraph a. in its entirety and delete  ;

paragraph c. in its entirety. The following paragraphs are substitutad in lieu thereof:  !

"a. The total estimated amount of this contract (ceiling) for the products / services ordered, delivered, and accepted under this contract is $7,218,055.75.

c. The amount presently obligated with respect to this contract is $451,991.09."

All other terms and conditions under this contract remain the same.

This modification deobligate funds in the amount of $41,178.25.
