The purpose'of this contract modification is to abandon an item of government property in place with the Contractor and to transfer title of this property to the Contractor. Accordingly, the contract is hereby l

l modified as.follows:

1. In accordance with FAR 52.245-5 paragraph (j) the HP 735 CRX Workstation with keyboard and mouse model no. A1933A, serial no. 6242A04714, Scientech ID No.305301' which was provided for use to the contractor by modification no. 3 and is no longer in working condition or has any useful life is hereby abandoned in place at the_ Contractor's Idaho Falls site. Title to this property is hereby transferred to the Contractor.
