Enclosed is an application for an export license received recently by the NRC for low-enriched uranium for use as reload fuel for Tokai Unit 2 Nuclear Power Reactor in Japan. A letter of assurance is required that the material will be subject to all of the terms and conditions of an agreement for coopera-tion. Your assistance in obtaining the necessary assurance letter will be appreciated.
Please note that the material is of Canadian origin.
