Modification No.1 to Contract No. NRC- 04-98-042 The subject contract expired on August 20,1998 and we are initiating closeout action.
j However, pending completion of all required closeout requirements, it is necessary to deobligate excess funds remaining under this contract for other immediate agency requirements. Therefore, enclosed for your review and execution are three (3) signed copies of the subject modification deobligating excess funds in the amount of l
$2,437.93. The deobligation amount does not include that part of the fixed fee not yet l
paid and still owed to you under the contract terms.
Please have an appropriate official sign all three (3) copies and return two (2) copies to the address below within ten (10) days from date of this letter. You should retain one (1) fully executed copy for your files.
