ACTION: Final rule: Correction.

SUMMARY

This document corrects a final rule appearing in the Federal Register on April 13,1999 (64 FR 17944), that incorporates by reference IEEE Std. 603-1991, a national consensus standard for power, instrumentation, and control portions of safety systems in nuclear power plants.

This action is necessary to correct an erroneous reference.

EFFECTIVE DATE:The final rule is effective on May 13,1999.
