Inquiry No. 88-90 This refers to a telephone inquiry by Mr. Waymon Wallace of this office with Mr. Rick Howard of your staff on March 3,1988.
This inquiry concerned your possession and use of static eliminators manufactured by the Minnesota Mining and Manufacturing Company (3M).
From this discussion, it is our understanding that you have never possessed or used this device.
If our understandings are incorrect, please inform us in writing.
