' On October 13,1998, the Management Review Board (MRB) met to consider the proposed final Integrated Materials Performance Evaluation Program (IMPEP) moort on the Oregon Agreement State Program. The MRB found the Oregon program adequate to assure public
' health and safety and compatible with NRC's program.
Section 5.0, page 13, of the enclosed final report presents the IMPEP team's recommendations i Jand suggestions. We received Mr. Ray Paris' September 30,1998 letter which described the L actions taken in response to the team's recommendations. We request no additional L information.
Based on the results of the current IMPEP review, the next full review will be in approximately 4 years. ,
