Enclosed is a letter from Advanced Nuclear Fuels regarding export license XSNM02161, Amendment 11, to authorize the shipment of Canadian origin material to West Germany for use in Grohnde Power Plant. This amends their letter of October 20, 1988 (copy enclosed).
