Letter from Fred R. Dacimo (Comed) to U.S. NRC, dated April 17,1998, Notice of Violation: NRC Inspection Report 50-373/374 95003 The Reference letter documented our commitment to provide biannual (twice per year) training on 10CFR50.59 safety evaluations.
The Comed Nuclear Generating Group Nuclear Station Work Procedure NSWP-A-04, "10CFR50.59 Safety Evaluation Process", Revision 1-1, issued in April 1998, specifies that training for individuals qualified as reviewers is required once every two years. The training at LaSalle is being revised to be conducted biennially (once every two years), consistent with NSWP-A-04.
