Dear Mr. Bergeron:
I have received the April monthly progress report dated May 13, 1988, for contrxt no. 50-19-03-02 FIN B2485, Hydrogeologic Performance Assessment for LLW Sites.
Based on my review of the /pril monthly report, progress to date 1.s satisfactory.
You indicated in the monthly report that project staff is now beginning to develop a groundwater flow model for the Sheffield site for Task 6.
I ask that you keep me closely informed of your progress under Task 6 as the groundwater flow / transport modeling gets underway so that I can provide early input into the model development.
The details of the modeling i.e.,
what you have tried, what you plan to try, etc., can be provided under Task 6 of the section in the monthly report entitled,
SUMMARY
OF ACTIVITIES DURING REPORTING PERIOD."
The action taken by this letter is considered to be within the scope of the currentcontract(50-19-03-02).
No changes to costs or delivery of products is authorized.
Please notify me inmdiately if you believe that this letter would result in changes to costs or delivery of contracted products.
