Region lli concurs on the change suggested by NMSS. The reciprocity comment was not a criticism of the Ohio program, but merely added for the State's benefit it its search for FTE to perform other functions.

The call on 10/15 at 10:00 EDT will use the same number and pass code as our routine Ohio calls. I assumed that OSP will put out an agenda for the call.
