A subseouent review of our letter ELV-00013 dated November 21, 1988 detected that three pages in Enclosure 2. Change "A" mark-ups, were improperly marked up.
The NRC Region !! (Mr. Jerry Ennis) has been informed of this fact.
The affected pages were El-2, 4-1, 6-3 and the insert to page 6-3 contains pages which are properly marked up.
The review also detected that the addition of Subsection 4.2.4.1 on page 4-4 was not changed on frdex sheet 111. This change is found in Enclosure 2.
The appropriate pages are enclosed.
Please destroy the previous pages erroneously transmitted and replace with the enclosed pages, We are sorry for any inconvenience that this has caused.
