SUBJECT:
EXEMPTION REQUEST TO THE HYDROGEN CONTROL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE SAN ONOFRE NUCLEAR GT NERATING STATION, UNITS 2 AND 3 During the 4635 meeting of the Advisory Committee on Reactor Safeguards, June 2-4, 1995, the Committee reviewed the request by the Southem Califomia Edison Company for a license exemption to the hydrogen control requirements for the San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station, Units 2 and 3. The Committee has no objection to the staff 's approving this license exemption request, as modified to maintain the requirements for containment hydrogen monitoring capability.
