FirstEnergy submitted proposed revisions to the quality assurance program for the Perry Nuclear Power Plant (PNPP). The proposalincludes an organization change in the Radiation i
Protection Program which includes the elimination of the Radiological Assessor position. The
. staff has reviewed the submittal in accordance with 50.54(a) and determined that the changes l
- are acceptable in that the quality assurance program continues to meet the requirements of
. Appendix B of 10 CFR Part 50.
~ The staffs safety evaluation is enclosed.
