VOGTLE ELECTRIC GENERATING PLANT REVISION TO LICENSEE STATUS Gentlemen:
In accordance with 10 CFR 50.74(c) and 10 CFR 55.25, Southern Nuclear Operating Company (SNC) is submitting a revised Certification of Medical Examination form (Form 396) for the licensee listed below. A recent physical examination has diagnosed that diis individual has hypertension, which is subsequently being controlled with medication.
Therefore, SNC requests that the individual's license be amended to reflect this change in i
status.
