SUBJECT:

MODIFICATION NO. 4 TO INTERAGENCY AGREEMENT NO.

NRC-26-95-350 ENTITLED " DIRECT EMERGENCY SUPPORT TO THE NRC OPERATIONS CENTER" The purpose of this modification is to:

(1) deobligate funds in the amount of $43,298.68 from the subject interagency agreement thereby decreasing the obligated amount from $202,742.00 to $159,443.32.

l (2) revise the expiration date of the penod of performance of the subject interagency agreement from September 20,2000 to the effective date of this modification.

As a result of the above, Modification No. 4 dated May 8,1998 under the subject contract is l

hereby rescinded by the NRC and modified as follows:

Under Article IV, Estimated Amount and ONh=*ian of Funds. is hereby deleted in its entirety and substituted in lieu thereof the following:

The total estimated amount of this Agreement for the period September 21,1995 through the effective date of this modification is $159,443.32."
