I would like to thank you for Mr. Rick Grantom's support of the NRC's Region IV Division of Reactor Safety Counterpart Meeting, which was held in Arlington, Texas, on October 13-14, 1998. Mr. Grantdm provided a very interesting and useful presentation related to the use of Graded Quality Assurance at the South Texas Project Electric Generating Station.
Mr. Grantom's presentation was highly professional and was very well received by the audience which included senior regional management as well as inspectors from a wide spectrum of technical disciplines. The management and staff of NRC Region IV look forward to future opportunities to interact with professionals, such as Mr. Grantom in other related matters of mutual interest.
