Coalition for Reliable Energy Secretary of.the Commision Attention: Docketing & Service Branch

-US.N ucl ear Regul atory Commi si on Washington DC 20555 To Whom it May Concern:

1 am writing to give my support to the Clarification of Emergency Planning Requirements for Low Power Licensing.

I As a NY resident who will be moving to New England in the next year, I am l

concerned about the power for this area.

New England needs more powcr and should not be left dependent on having to purchase oil from other countries.

Also, at some point there will be no oil and then where will we all be left.

Nuclear power is a reliable source of energy which New England needs.

I hope to see Seabrook "up and running" before long.
