June 3, 1986 ORDER (Modifying Schedule Set on January 17, 1986 and Scheduling Litigation of SAPL Contentions 8A and 15 and Town of Hampton IV, VI and VIII)
By orders dated'May 21, 1986 and May 22, 1986, this Board accepted revised contentions of, respectively, the Seacoast Anti-Pollution League (SAPL) numbers 8A and 15 and the Town of Hampton (T0H) numbers IV, VI and VIII.
Because the contentions are late-filed revisions of previously submitted contentions based on materials that have been in the hands of the parties since about March 4, 1986, the Board believes these contentions can be scheduled for litigation along with previously accepted contentions.
Accordingly, the last interrogatories on SAPL contentions 8A and 15 and T0H contentions IV, VI, and VIII shall be due in hand on or before June 16, 1986, and any answers to same shall be due in hand by June 30, 1986, on which date discovery shall close.

2 contentions is due in the hands of the Board and parties on July 18, 1986.
The due date for submittal cf prefiled testimony in our January 17, 1986 Order, which scheduled litigation of of fsite emergency planning contentions, is hereby changed from July 10 to July 18, 1986. This applies to all prefiled testimony on any offsite emergency planning contentions admitted to date and remaining in controversy on the due date.
