PROTECTIVE ORDER By motion dated May 30, 1986, one of the Numerous Employees sought a protective order in the following ite.ms:
1.
The pleading required to be filed by counsel for the Pr.erous Employees on June 6,1986, and all pleadings filed in response thereto shall be served and filed under seal in envelopes marked, " Filed Under Seal -- Subject to Protective Order".
2.
Neither the parties nor the Nuclear Regulatory Commission shall provide copies of those filings to the Commission's Public Document Room.
3.
The parties are directed not to make copies of such filings and not to discuss the contents of such filin:p with any person who is not a party to this proceeding (or an attorney for a part.y).
4.
Any hearing or oral argument on this matter shall be held in camera.

The parties are directed not to disclose to or to discuss with any person who is not a party to this proceeding (or an attorney for a party) any factual matters discussed or referred to during any such in camera hearing.
No party has opposed this motion, although all parties were asked to convey any objection to the Board promptly by telephone.
In any event, no party will be significantly prejudiced by the grant of this motion now, subject to possible reconsideration for good cause shown.
The motion for protective order is granted, to include the five items listed above.
