Dear Mr. Berkow:
In previous correspondence (Reference 3), PSC has informed the NRC of the construction progress of the Fire Detection. System being installed at Fort St. Vrain. The installation of the Fire Detection System was scheduled to be completed on June 1, 1986. Due to delays by the manufacturer and supplier of the Fire Detection System, PSC will be unable to meet the scheduled completion date of June 1,1986.
