By letter dated March 20, 1986, we informed your Company that an application fee of $150 was due for your appifcation dated January 28, 1986. This application requested review of a sumary of the training perscnnel currently essigned to the implementation of the requalifica-tion progran, and a schedule of requalification courses presented for the Ft. St. Vrain Nuclear Generating Station.
The requested fee has not yet been received by us; therefore, you are requested to remit it within 15 days from the receipt of this letter.
