NRC Bulletin 88-03 Response Gentlemen:
Public Service Company of Colorado (PSC) hereby confirms that General Electric HFA latching-type relays, subject to the requirements of NRC Bulletin 88-03, are not utilized in safety-related applications for the Fort St. Vrain (FSV) Nuclear Generating Station.
Therefore, no further actions are necessary in response to this Bulletin.
