L-CERTIFICATE OF NUCLEAR ENERGY likBILITY INSURANCE (FACILITY FORM)
This is to certify that there are in force as of the effective date of this Certificate two Nuclear Energy Liability Insurance Policies (Facility Form) one issued by the members of Am:rican Nuclear Insurers and the other issued by the trembers of Mutual Atomic Energy lia-bility Underwriters respectively, to the insured named below with respect to the nuclear facility at the location described below.
If either such policy is cancelled or teminated prior to the end of December 31 of the calendar year in which this Certificate becomes effective, 20 days advance written notice thereof will be mailed to the party designated belcu for ' hom this Certificate is issued and this Certificate shall thereupon teminate.
Otherwise this Certificate shall teminate as of said December 31st. **
