We have initiated actions to develop and examine the facts and circumstances of your concern; therefore, if this letter does not completely and accurately reflect all of your concerns, please call me collect as soon as possible at (817) 860-8100, so that we can assure your information is adequately addressed during our review. I also strongly suggest that you contact the Department of 1, abor, Vage and Hour Division, and advise them of your complaint.
