Licensoo Event Report 88-04, Revision 1 Containment Penotrations not Veriflod Closed as Required by Technical Specifications Revision of Implomontation Schi.tule Licensoo Event Report 88-04, Revision 1, included an implementation dato of October 31, 1988, for the revision of our procedure for performing safety evaluations and the training of personnel on the revised proceduro prior to implementation. As a result of delays in obtaining the services of a contractor to perform the safety evaluation training and the nood to allow sufficient timo to develop the training curriculum, wo are advising you that wo have changed the implementation dato to December 31, 1988.
The contractor to perform the safety evaluation training has been selected. Training for both floadquartors and Plant personnel has boon scheduled for the period November 29 through December 16, 1988. The revised sofoty evaluation proceduro will be issued for uso upon complotion of training in December 1988.
