Enclosed is Revision 9
to the Beaver Valley Power Station Physical Security Plan (PSP).
Revision 9 reflects four changes: (1) the reassignmant of Security's Alternate Power Source from the Station's E9 buss to the Security System Diesel Generator supplied
- buss, (2) the physical relocation of the Secondary Alarm Station (SAS) and supervisory status for its' operators, (2) the relocation of the west side Protected Area Barrier, and (4) the placement of temporary structures within the protected area for the Fifth Refueling Outage.
A summary of these changes is also attached to aid in your review.
These changes have been reviewed and judged not to constitute a degradation to the previous commitments in the PSP.
These
- changes, since they do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the Physical Security Plan, are being submitted in accordance with 10CFR50.54(p).
The enclosed materials are considered proprietary under the provision of 10CFR2.790(d),
and Safeguards Information under the provisions of 10CFR73.21, and thereby exempt from public disclosure.
