First, an errata to the January through June 1988 Radioactive Release Report was submitted on September 26, 1988, and included the date regarding solid radioactive waste shipped of f sli) during the period. Second, the Technical Specification requirements for the report were reviewed by the individuals responsible for preparing the report. This review was conducted to assure that Individuals responalble for the report were made aware of the full requirements of the content of the report.
