Special Inspection No. 99990001/88-85 On May 3,1988, E. Ullrich of this of fice conducted a special safety inspection at the above address of activities authorized by the above listed NRC license.
The ' inspection was limited to a review of records _ pertaining to 3M static elim-ination devices, and surveys of locations where devices were used and stored.
The. findings of the inspection were discussed with yourself at the conclusion of the inspection.
Survey results indicate no contamination of this facility.
Within the scope of this inspection, no violations were identified.
In accordance with Section 2.790 of the NRC's "Rules of Practice", Part 2, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, a copy of this letter will be placed in the Public Document Room.
