conducted an announced inspection of the McClellan Nuclear Radiation Center Research

Reactor. The enclosed report presents the results of that inspection.

Various aspects of your reactor operations, maintenance, engineering programs and

security were inspected, including selective examinations of procedures and representative

records, interviews with personnel, and observations of the facility.

Based on the results of this inspection, no safety concern or noncompliance with NRC

requirements was identified. No response to this letter is required.
