FEMA FINDINGS ON SEABROOK_0FFSITE EMERGENCY PLANS The pur)ose of this memorandum is to provide coordination on a mutually agree-able scledule for FEMA's findings and determinations on Seabrook offsite emergency response plans. NRC agrees with FEMA's )roposed schedule for sub-mitting interim findings and determinations on Sea > rook offsite emergency preparedness within 120 days following the graded full-participation emergency preparedness exercise at Seabrook.
The exercise is currently scheduled for June 28 - July 2,1988.
As we discussed on June 2,1988, FEMA will include the Seabrook Plan for Passachusetts Communities, the State of New Hampshire Radiological Emergency Response Plan and the State of Maine Ingestion Pathway Plan in its findings and determinations.
